ur postage rates for Uk Mainland are £5.25, with the exception of the Scottish Highlands & Offshore Isles. For these postcodes I will use Royal Mail where possible & invoice any additional P & P when greatly over my standard rate.

his is a 48 hour service. We do offer a 24hour service at a cost of £5.85, but please contact us first for details. For these prices you can have as many items as i can fit in a box for the same low price.

You can expect your parcel to be dispatched within 1-2 days of ordering.
I will where possible send smaller lighter items via Royal Mail, only charging my costs to you & refunding the difference.

eturns - Please notify us in the first instance of the return. We do offer a courier service to collect the return for large or heavy items which is payable by yourselves in advance. Items must be returned with all labels packaging intact & in a resaleable condition. Cost to return items for refund only is £10 & to return items for exchange is £12, again contact us in advance.
